Pre-Alegbra: Chapter 9-5

Using the Percent Proportion

If P is the percentage and B is the base and the rate is called R, then P / B = R. If R represents the number per hundred, this equation becomes P / B = R / 100.

I find it easier to just whickity-whack divide!
