Day 20

Pre-Algebra: Chapter 2-6
We are working on progression, both arithmetic and geometric. Arithmetic progressions have patterns that we can either add or subtract from/to. 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 is an example. We add 5 to each number. Geometric progressions have patterns made up of multiplication or division. An example is 1, 3, 9, 27, 81.

Algebra: Chapter 2-9
Writing word problems, just remember the key words for adding, subtracting, muliplying and dividing.
Today we also had Quiz #4, it is due tomorrow.

Don’t forget – tomorrow is Back-to-School Night for Room A16. There are 2 sessions: 6:00 – 6:30 and 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. It’s extra credit!!
